This artifact provides 3 
Shield to the player for every tick of 
Flame damage on an enemy, structure or player.
Strategy and Synergy[ | ]
This artifact is incredibly synergistic with Flame decks, and if you pick it up, it may be worth picking up flame spells like 
Firewall, 
Firestormand 
Ring Of Fire just for the extra Shield. Since Flame damage is dealt 12 times over 5 seconds, it can generate about 7 Shield per second if one enemy is constantly on fire. When all 8 tiles that the gate occupies are on fire, this artifact generates about 57 Shield per second, allowing the player to easily reach 1000 Shield during the fight. This may also synergise well with 
Shield Throw, 
Downfall and 
Stinger, but run based on preference.
Trivia[ | ]
The artifact's name references Torbjörn from Overwatch's Ultimate ability, called Molten Core.[1]
The artifact's icon looks similiar to the Impact reactor from Mindustry, though this is coincidental.[2]
