Powerful spell with a rather costly after-effects to pay off, 120 damage for 1 mana is awesome but the 2 seconds increase in 
Shuffle time can disrupt the player's pacing and leave them vulnerable for a longer period of time.
When cast, the rocket will target the nearest Being, even obstacles/debris if they're in the close proximity and oftentimes the Ramjet is pretty fast that it end up landing a hit even against evasive targets, such as Selicy (Boss), making for an accountable spell to cast in those scenarios.
