Description

25% Chance to create a Frost explosion when Frost dmg is dealt, the area of effect deals no damage but will apply a Frost stack on all affected enemies including the enemy that exploded.

Strategy and Synergy

Effectively a strong artifact in Frost decks that helps in pushing more Frost damage to capitalize on, the Frost explosion can also cause a chain reaction if it applies a 3rd stack in which those also have a chance to explode if the 25% chance was met again.
